Thank you for shopping with us! We are a reseller, which means some our products come from various manufacturers. Because of this, all returns, refunds, and warranties must follow the original manufacturer’s policies. We’re here to help guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to manufacturer restrictions or customization reasons.
These items are not eligible for return or refund (unless the manufacturer confirms a defect or damage on arrival):
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Custom or personalized products
- Transmissions
- Electronic parts
- Valve bodies
- Opened consumables (e.g., filters, oil, etc)
- Software or digital products including tuning and tuning devices
- Used or installed items that cannot be resold
- Any product the manufacturer excludes from return eligibility
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us and we will check the manufacturer’s policy for you.
Returns & Refunds
To request a return or refund:
- The product must meet the manufacturer’s return conditions.
- It must be in original condition (unless the manufacturer allows otherwise).
- Requests must be made within the manufacturer’s return window.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Some items may not be eligible based on the manufacturer’s rules.
Manufacturer Approval Required
All returns and refunds depend on manufacturer approval.
Once you submit a request:
- We contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
- They review and decide on eligibility.
- We follow their final decision regarding a return, replacement, repair, or refund.
We cannot process returns or issue refunds without manufacturer authorization.
Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer.
We will help initiate a claim, but all decisions are made by them, including coverage, repair options, or replacement approval.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on manufacturer review.
- Shipping or restocking fees may apply.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions come directly from the manufacturer.
You may be asked to ship items:
- Straight to the manufacturer, or
- Back to us for forwarding
The buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of product delivery.
- Provide photos and any requested information.
- The manufacturer will determine whether the item qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.
